There’s a story about an ancient Asian tribe that had a solid gold Buddha. Upon word that a neighboring tribe was about to invade, they hid the Buddha under a big pile of excrement. The invaders came and went without finding it, but then THEY couldn’t find it either…until generations later a child, playing, discovered it.

Possible moral? Sometimes you must go through a little excrement to get to what’s important, and it can take time. Playing helps.

Maybe this applies to clearing causal emotional signatures- they’re said to be hard-wired into the emotional body, so it takes energy and persistence. We’re doing our part with the SRC4U- you’ll see in today’s screencast that today the focus is clearing stress related to the causal emotional signature of “suffering for an unknown reason”- BUT there’s another element to this work that can’t be overlooked- nutrition, particularly as it impacts the brain.

With that in mind, and since this is a New Moon (excellent for starting projects!) let’s put together some recipes that might assist. Any input greatly appreciated!

For my first attempt, later today- breakfast cookies (no sugar!) loaded with pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seeds are FULL of nutrients, especially magnesium. They’re high in antioxidants and fiber, linked to a reduced risk of certain cancers, said to improve prostate, bladder, and heart health, and can lower blood sugar levels.

Provided these cookies don’t fall in the category of what covered the Buddha the recipe will be shared in the next post. Meanwhile, today’s screencast:
