Well — I started today off complaining about a bill I’d just gotten.
So apparently the “no complaining for three days” challenge is just that — a challenge.
Back on track now.
But it did make me think.
What if everything we need is already inside us — but various forms of stress, including our own complaining, interfere with the signal?
What if the real work is not always adding more, forcing more, chasing more, or fixing more?
What if it starts with watching our words?
Today’s scan brought up a few more interesting forms of interference, and the clearings are being run:
Energetic interference from microplastics
Energetic interference from geopathic stress
Energetic interference from antihistamines
Energetic interference from subliminal messaging
Energetic interference from guilt
Energetic interference from spleen/stomach disharmony
We are also de-stressing sympathetic nervous system overload.
According to the scan, this is related to work stress, Governing Vessel conflict, Triple Heater obstruction, inflammatory heat, damp-phlegm congestion, blood stasis, and the throat/heart/liver communication axis.
In plain English, the system may be saying:
“I am trying to create, heal, listen, speak, digest, and move forward — but I am overloaded.”
And that brings up thoughts about manifestation.
Since it’s a quiet weekend, I’ve been reading about what it might take to truly manifest the heart’s desire. One ancient teaching describes the soul moving through stages — almost like layers that must be cleared before the person can stand in true power.
And honestly, it sounds a lot like clearing interference.
Zone 1: identification with the body only.
Zone 2: schemes, manipulation, distorted cleverness, and the mind’s ability to plan in a non-beneficial way.
Zone 3: desires that trick the soul — cravings, seductions, compulsions, appetites, and false comfort.
Zone 4: pride, control, superiority, ego power, and the need to dominate or be above others.
Zone 5: reckless will — “I’ll do what I want no matter what.”
Zone 6: ambition corrupted by greed, status-seeking, manipulation, or wealth gained without integrity.
Zone 7: deception, illusion, false identity, lies, and counterfeit reality — the final net that keeps the soul bound.
And once all these are cleared…
Zone 8: the octave above ordinary creation — purified being, Divine Mind, true worship, and union with higher order.
So maybe manifestation is about becoming clear enough to receive what is already in place but tangled in the signal.
Every day, we work energetically to clear this kind of static.
But also, if thought becomes form, then watching our words is not just an occasional weekend challenge.
It may be one of the ways we begin untangling the signal.
And if I can catch myself complaining before breakfast, maybe there’s hope for all of us.
