We started out today by scanning stress management related to the Small Intestine.
WHAT DOES THAT TELL US?
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Small Intestine has an interesting job: separating the pure from the impure.
Physically, it helps us digest our food, absorb nourishment, and move along what we don’t need.
Symbolically, this same principle can be applied to our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and experiences.
When the Small Intestine shows up as stressed in an energetic scan, one possible interpretation is that we’re having difficulty deciding what to take in, what to believe, what to hold on to, and what to let go of.
In other words, we could be having trouble digesting LIFE!
And that’s understandable.
Most of us have spent our entire lives absorbing ideas about how the world works, what we’re capable of, and how much influence we have over our own experiences.
How could we NOT?
But one interesting thing about exploring energy, consciousness, and our own inner capabilities is that we may begin questioning a few things.
And that’s when life can get interesting.
Of course, as a group member, you don’t have to do anything except receive the daily energy.
But as time goes by, you may find yourself asking more questions.
You might notice patterns or synchronicities that previously escaped your attention.
And what if we really ARE part of an interconnected energetic field of possibilities?
As daily energy work continues, perhaps a few old blockages to what’s possible will begin to give way!
AND we’re already equipped with remarkable self-healing capabilities—sometimes our inner technology just needs a little de-stressing!
Today, for example, we’re also focusing our energy on inflammation and the Emotions Panel, particularly:
Heart
Pericardium
Resistance
If you have a little extra time, consider reading up on these subjects, watching a few YouTube videos, visiting a health practitioner, doing a little dowsing or EFT—you get the idea!
Or perhaps just give yourself permission to REST.
Meanwhile, for the rest of the week, it looks like we’re going to investigate SOUND THERAPY!
All that recent information about music—and its potential to influence the mind—is intriguing…
But here’s the thought I’d like to leave you with today:
We’re not necessarily changing who we really are.
It could be that we’re returning.
