The word addict comes from the Latin addictus — referring to a person assigned or handed over to someone else because of an unpaid debt.
Slavery.
In other words, addiction can be a state of living in chains.
So far, we’ve looked at this through several doors: brain circuitry, a depleted body, the nervous system, blood sugar, and now inflammation.
And as it turns out, inflammation may be a major driver underneath many of these patterns.
Sugar. Alcohol. Scrolling. Drama. Shopping. Overworking. Comfort food. Anything that feels like it is loosening the chains — which, of course, may be a lie.
But then, as we all know, we’ve been told many lies about many things. In this age, though, information is available for those willing to search, question, discern, and reclaim spiritual authority.
Speaking of lies — is it enough to simply get a daily energetic “zap” and expect everything to change?
No.
SRC work is not handing your power over to a machine.
Think of a cell phone. The phone is not the intelligence, the love, the message, or the consciousness behind the conversation. It is a tool that helps transmit it.
In the same way, SRC work is not the healer. It is not the guru. It is not the source of your power. It is a technology used to help identify and clear stress patterns in the biofield, with the intention of helping the system remember its own intelligence, coherence, and power to self-heal over time.
The real technology is still you.
But even the real technology is not very powerful at 2% battery charge.
So maybe we need to look at what has been charging — or draining — our battery.
Starting with FOOD… which for many of us has become our Master.
This week let’s examine a few ways to loosen those chains.
For today, would you consider one simple experiment: having one serving of clean, unprocessed red meat?
We’ve been told for years how bad red meat is for us. But what if that message is incomplete? What if the real issue is not occasional, high-quality red meat, but processed meat, poor-quality food, excess, damaged oils, or sugar?
This is not about forcing red meat on anyone. It is about asking a better question: what would actually nourish the body?
Meanwhile, along with our daily energetic work, today’s scan has us focusing on stress related to joints and water retention — two patterns that may reflect chronic inflammatory stress in the field.
