Yesterday, something happened that caused me to question whether or not I should continue working with the SRC.
Maybe it was the full moon. LOL.
But instead of slowing me down, it seems to be taking me deeper.
As many of you know, I spend hours every day doing various forms of energy work. But this isn’t about people passively receiving energy. Each person is their own frequency translator.
In other words, the field may receive the frequency, the prayer, the command, or the correction — but inner alignment plays a major role in how that support is received and integrated.
And maybe this is where we cannot forget the Natural Laws…
…because if everything is frequency, vibration, correspondence, rhythm, cause and effect, polarity, and mentalism, then we are not just waiting for energy to “work on us.” We are participating in how it moves through us.
With that in mind, I’m wondering if some of you would consider doing a little breathwork each day to help the body receive, translate, and integrate incoming frequencies more clearly.
Here is one simple practice that may be helpful:
- Find a quiet space where you will not be interrupted.
- Sit or stand comfortably.
- Rest the tongue gently against the roof of the mouth, just behind the front teeth. In some traditions, this is said to help complete the microcosmic orbit.
- Breathe deeply through the nose until the lungs feel full, then exhale about half of the breath.
- With the breath gently held and the tongue still in place, softly sound: Ahmmmmm.
- Inhale deeply and repeat.
Try this a minimum of 3 times.
7 times may feel even better.
13 times may be used when you feel ready for a fuller activation.
Maybe this is one of the moves we can make on the board of life.
