Just in case it hasn’t been made clear, this daily work we are doing is a kind of virtual qi gong, blended with Western philosophy, spiritual inquiry, and a little bit of common sense that may have gotten lost somewhere between cereal commercials and the stress of modern life.
Qi Gong means the skill or cultivation of Qi — life-force.
In other words, this is about cultivating the biofield so life-force, or voltage, can rise.
If the body is exhausted, inflamed, fearful, depleted, distracted, running on stress chemistry, and/or heavily programmed — think of all those images flashing from screens — where is the voltage likely to be?
Probably not at “radiant genius” level.
The good news is that we are equipped to manage stress in a much better way.
The human brain, for example, is still far beyond anything man-made technology can fully imitate.
This brings up a point I often repeat — sorry, but apparently, I enjoy repeating myself when the point matters:
We appear to be part of a field of frequency that contains far more information than the physical senses alone can measure.
It’s our own cosmic-wide web, waiting for the brain to pull in what may eventually show itself as our “reality.”
If life-force is low, we may get the lower-vibe reality.
And yes, it’s not that simple.
But if we seriously want to upgrade our lives, we may have to do something radical.
We may have to ask questions related to this — maybe even do more research.
Like:
How often do we consider the possibility that what we see is not the whole truth, maybe even an illusion?
This period of time may be extremely precious for those who are ready to wake up to that possibility.

…steps onto the stage wearing a white lab coat, silver sneakers, and a tiny headset microphone.
“I am the future,” he announces.
“Animal products? Obsolete. Give me 15 years.”
Then he begins to sing.
I come with no cholesterol,
no trans fat in my name,
no hormones, no antibiotics,
and health-halo fame.
I’m protein with a press release,
a patty with a plan,
I’m nature, but with engineers,
improving what began.
Don’t ask too many questions,
just praise my clever art,
I’m ultra-processed progress,
with a plant-based little heart.
The audience goes wild.
The Lab Coat Wonder bows.
And somewhere in the back row, Judge Gut Instinct is still reading the ingredient list.
