According to Eastern philosophy, the body does a lot of whispering before it breaks.
So here are our whispers today:
Tired at the root level.
Infection as a field pattern.
Hormone stress.
Spiritual heaviness — unresolved burdens, fear, grief, and confusion.
Denial on a superconscious level.
And by superconscious, I mean the higher level of awareness connected to the bigger picture beyond ordinary thought.
Also, Chinese medicine does not look at these things as isolated parts.
It sees the body as a living energy system.
With that in mind, our focus today — high resonance — is to de-stress the central channel, which is the body’s inner line of connection. It runs from root to crown.
Qi is the life-force moving through it.
Meridians are the pathways that distribute that life-force.
Yin and Yang describe the balance of rest and activity, receiving and projecting, cool and warm.
The Five Elements show how the body organizes the energy as it flows.
And the body’s inner weather — damp, heat, cold, wind, dryness, phlegm, and stagnation — tells us what may be interfering with all this.
The whispers are just here to wake up some of our inner technology if we choose to use it… imagination, maybe letting go of a few comfort foods, even an afformation now and then.
For example, “Why is my Qi flowing so powerfully?”
After all, we are participants in our healing — and fully equipped.
