We are still running on stress related to addiction.
At first, that may sound like a bad thing—but I do not believe it is.
It may simply mean that, as a group, we are serious about uncovering and clearing the patterns beneath addiction.
One thing I keep learning through this work is to question my first impression. Sometimes what initially appears negative is an opportunity to recognize a pattern, make a different choice, and begin turning life around.
Much of the addiction-related stress does not appear to be primarily about substances, but about the ways we use cell phones, social media, television, internet searching, food, stimulation, busyness, and constant information to manage how we feel.
It means we are human beings trying to stay anchored while living in a complex, overstimulating world.
For the next three days, the SRC Issue Solver will focus on ten interconnected areas related to all this:
Addiction
Emotional avoidance
Seeking approval
Dopamine and stimulation seeking
Stress and survival mode
Mental overactivity
Fear of being present
Shame and self-rejection
Disconnection from purpose
Nervous-system dysregulation
Also, the energetic interference scan showed 100% resonance today. Some of the themes identified included subliminal or unconscious messaging, propaganda, environmental stress, ancestral residue, loyalty to an outdated identity, medication-related stress, and other environmental burdens.
As you know, these are subtle-energy scan themes – etheric, not physical
Still, the appearance of “subliminal messaging” made me wonder about the messages we may be receiving beneath the surface through modern media:
Beneath all of it, the greatest block to self-healing appeared to be a need for a little peace.
That makes a lot of sense.
For acupressure, we are returning to Pericardium 6—Inner Gate, a point associated with calming the heart, settling emotional stress, and creating space between an impulse and a response.
And today’s one-word prayer is:
PEACE
And a little heads-up: tomorrow’s post will include a birthday celebration.
Maybe we will even have some virtual cake. LOL
