Time for the big reveal.
Who were the Masked Food Singers?
1. The Golden Halo — olive oil
Good, elegant, praised, and useful — but not complete nourishment all by itself.
2. The Golden Orb — eggs
Nutrient-dense, humble, and unfairly judged in the past.
3. The Lab-Coat Legend — plant-based burgers
Marketed as modern and virtuous, but highly processed.
4. The Iron Gentleman — beef
Vilified, yet deeply nourishing for many people.
And the winner?
Time will tell.
But Judge Gut Instinct is taking notes.
It does seem that people generally do better when they eat real food — meat, eggs, beans, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and simple ingredients — rather than building a diet around ultra-processed food and then trying to patch the damage later with a bunch of pills.
In my own case, over the years, I have developed some less-than-glorious habits when it comes to food.
It’s time to make some changes.
Based on what I’m learning, I’ve added more eggs to my diet, along with one or more weekly servings of grass-fed red meat.
Next week, I’m having beans on the "no red meat" days.
Maybe even with some sautéed garlic, provided I’m not doing much kissing.
There are plenty of videos and articles about what long-lived, thriving people tend to eat. Today, for example, I’m watching:
Soak Black Beans in Vinegar — The Longevity Secret of My 97-Year-Old Grandma
Because clearly, if a 97-year-old grandma has a secret involving black beans, I am at least willing to listen.
The alternative is that we simply continue supporting what may be the biggest business known to man:
the health industry — mainstream and alternative.
Wait — perhaps we should walk softly there.
This powerful industry does not always appear to enjoy too many questions.
Could it be time to focus instead on what some traditions might call Spirit?
Yesterday, for example, a scan indicated some powerful gifts that may not be fully accessed:
Miraculous timing, communication with animals, rapid recovery through inner regulation, and raising personal voltage.
The situation of not fully accessing these gifts was addressed with Shemotion, one of the SRC tools.
These messages came through during the day:
Be resourceful; like the frog, grow what you need and PREVAIL!
Love has many expressions; forgiveness is but one.
Set the intention that your personality is aligned with your soul.
Speak this 3 times today: I am expansive.
Speak this 3 times today: I am quiet.
Sustain your conscious awareness of your connection to the universe through prayer and meditation.
Maybe that is where the real nourishment begins.
Group focus today is electromagnetic/screen stress and dehydration — and next week, we’ll begin looking at addiction from another angle:
Spirit exhaustion.
Fatigue at every level.
The hidden link between depletion, disconnection, and the constant reaching for comfort.
Maybe the time has come to trust our built-in wisdom again.
