Today’s work is focused on neurochemical obstruction around addiction.
We’re going to begin by working with Solfeggio frequencies, which are often used in meditation, prayer, relaxation, and energy work to help the body-field settle into a more coherent state.

Today’s intention is that 432 Hz helps calm the nervous system, 528 Hz supports repair and love-based coherence, 800 Hz interrupts repetitive craving loops, and 2128 Hz helps the field reorganize.
In simple terms, we are asking the body-brain-field to stop looking for relief in the old place and begin remembering safety, balance, and Divine order from within.
The “old places” are neuropathways in the brain that may keep old, destructive patterns running.
Neuroscience recognizes that the more often we think a thought, feel an emotion, repeat a behavior, soothe with a substance, rehearse resentment, or seek the same familiar relief, the deeper the groove becomes.
So, can working energetically remove the groove?
Not all at once, but it may help loosen the grip.
But here in this 3D world, we also have to start giving the brain different experiences over and over again.
A night without staying on the internet — horrors.
A weekend with no alcohol — gasp.
Not always easy.
But that is how a new road starts getting paved.
Here’s a declaration — has your ego allowed you to say such a thing over your water?
I now release all neurochemical obstruction, craving loops, false reward pathways, stress chemistry, and addiction memory from my body, brain, and biofield, and I return to calm, coherence, Divine order, and freedom.
We’re also asking for quite a bit of energy from the Sustenance Balancer today. These signals go through all our food, water, and whatever else is ingested.
The focus is on clearing stress related to difficulty tolerating discomfort, cutting energy cords, broadcasting Heavy Metal Clearing Support, clearing social programming, focusing available mental energy, restoring sufficient life force for manifestation, releasing outworn energy patterns, blocking and neutralizing all demonic attack, removing obstacles, supporting curse correction, and clearing obsessions.
You may have noticed some reference to energetic interference — or what a friend of mine calls “spooks.” We may need to take a closer look at this when it comes to addiction, because not every craving loop is purely physical, emotional, or chemical.
Sometimes the groove has company.
