Every morning there’s a routine for the SRC scan. It changes from time to time, but primarily it is a scan to clear energetic interference and blocks related to self-healing.
Today, the primary situation that came up was a feeling of being forsaken, with stress related to cellular confusion and not operating from the original blueprint.
Could this mean that, energetically, we have forgotten our power to meet, respond to, and sometimes transform even very difficult situations? Could it also mean that a crisis, in any form, can become an opportunity?
There is a familiar idea that the Chinese word for crisis points to both danger and opportunity. Whether translated exactly that way or not, the deeper meaning is useful: a crisis can become a turning point.
For example, addiction in its various forms — personal or collective — can seem hopeless when it comes to finding solutions. But what if, instead of feeling hopeless or forsaken, we looked at it as an opportunity, or even a training ground, for remembering the power we have to shape, direct, and cooperate with energy?
Our original blueprint is said to equip us to do this through life force, attention, intention, prayer, imagination, choice, and what some might call Divine Light.
In Chinese philosophy, there is a principle called Wu Wei. In Western terms, we might call it aligned action or cooperation with the deeper order. Wu Wei does not mean doing nothing. It means not forcing from fear. It means placing the order clearly, aligning the inner field with that order, and then allowing the next right action to arise without panic, shame, or resistance.
I’m not sure how many read Chapter 4 of yesterday’s Fractal Fairy Tale, but in it Tess begins repeating a phrase 100 times every night before bedtime. In real life, repetition can be a powerful way to place an order in the field — not by force, but by steady alignment.
For those so inspired, what would it hurt to repeat this 100 times at bedtime for the next 7 days?
Or even, with mala beads, 108 times?
