Dr. Sue Morter writes in The Anatomy of Awakening:
“Consciousness, connected by brain chemistry, controls our life.”
And that idea gets right to the heart of why our handle is “itsallvoltage.”
As we begin breaking down Dr. Morter’s work on energy anatomy, I keep coming back to what we can do to get more not only from her work, but also from the information showing up in our scans.
1. ATTENTION
Pay attention to what appears.
Look up the things you don’t recognize or that spark your interest.
Attention helps shape our neural pathways!
2. MEANING
Something appearing in a scan does not automatically mean something “bad” is going on.
For our purposes, we can read it as:
THIS IS READY FOR ATTENTION.
THIS PATTERN MAY BE READY TO CHANGE.
A good example is the recent theme of strongholds.
That’s been coming up a lot lately, and yesterday we had quite a list.
Today, for this moment in time, that list has narrowed to just one issue:
HYPERVIGILANCE.
Hypervigilance is the state of being continually alert for possible danger, even when there is no immediate threat.
The nervous system essentially says:
“I’d better stay ready. Something might happen.”
In our SRC framework, hypervigilance is also showing an energetic association with the word curse.
Sounds like something worth doing a little research on — and maybe even letting go of!
3. EMOTION
We are said to carry primary emotions that can shape our lives.
With our work, I wouldn’t call today’s result a “primary emotion” for a lifetime — but for today, the scan points to:
REGRET.
The emotions panel associates regret with the pineal gland and what the SRC calls dimensional disturbances.
4. IDENTITY
This may be the biggest one.
Maybe it’s time for us to recognize our power.
5. ACTION
This one speaks for itself.
With all of this in mind, today’s work called for a spinal scan.
Two areas appear to need some stress management:
C4 — diaphragm support, shoulder and neck region
C3 — neck function and contribution to diaphragm control
That immediately brings our attention back to something wonderfully basic:
BREATH.
The scan is also reporting significant chemical stress.
What are we breathing in, putting on, or putting in our bodies?
TODAY’S COCKTAILS
To support the five steps mentioned above, we’re also running:
NERVE REPAIR
ATTENTION RECLAMATION
CLEAR PERCEPTION • PURPOSE
HONOR • SELF-REJECTION • SACRED IDENTITY
WORD & ACTION ALIGNMENT
Tomorrow we officially begin exploring our ENERGY ANATOMY.
That’s right — it turns out we are much more than skin-covered Petri dishes.
