Today we’re STILL working to clear stress related to the Liver Meridian — this time through the Elemental Scanner.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine symbolism, the Liver system is often associated with smooth movement of Qi, flexibility and adaptability, processing frustration and stored emotions, vision and planning, decision-making, healthy expression of anger, and the ability to move forward.
In this case, the scan is not pointing us toward a physical liver issue, but rather toward an emotional and energetic pattern — specifically, emotional stagnation.
And what exactly is THAT?
In the language of today’s scan, it may involve holding onto old hurts, disappointments, frustration, or emotions that never had the opportunity to fully move through.
Sometimes this happens because we just want to keep the peace.
Which is interesting, because today is August 8 — the Lion’s Gate, a spiritual and astrological tradition symbolically associated with courage, transformation, abundance, creativity, and alignment with one’s highest purpose.
And we’re running the command:
“8.8 magnifies my depth, passion, and power. I attract devotion that matches my intensity, abundance that reflects my worth, and desires powerful enough to transform my entire reality.”
So, here’s a thought…
Maybe it’s time to activate some inner technology to assist with speaking up.
Anyway, moving on…
We also had some rather interesting Words to Ponder:
“Don’t put all your worms in one barrel because it might be more than you can chew.”
Maybe the message is:
Don’t keep stuffing everything down until there are so many worms in the barrel that your only remaining option is to drop the A-bomb.
OR…
Maybe the Words to Ponder about chewing worms simply mean it’s time to talk about FOOD.
As in FOOD HEALING.
Dr. William Li has some very interesting talks on YouTube about foods he believes can support the body’s own healing systems.
Today he talked about apples, blueberries, barley, and dark chocolate.
Beets, too, but we’re not going there yet.
We have a lot to explore in this area, so I decided to start with cake.
I asked ChatGPT for a healthy cake recipe.
The result:
Apple-Blueberry Cacao Barley Coffee Cake.
If I can get to the store, I’m going to attempt it tomorrow.
I’ll share the recipe if it turns out.
Blueberries. Cake. Food healing.
Sounds like a plan to me.
