We are incredibly blessed to have technology that can make life run a little smoother — cell phones, computers, the internet, and, yes, even the quantum technology we use here to help us work with stress.
But the point remains:
Nothing comes close to what our own inner technology can do.
And that technology sounds almost ridiculously simple:
FOOD. THOUGHTS. BREATH. WORDS.
Except…
I’m still waiting for that barley flour.
I finally had to order it from Amazon — and it’s expensive!
Which raises a perfectly reasonable question:
Why can it cost more to eat real food than processed stuff?
On the bright side, we have something previous generations never had in quite this way:
Access to information.
We just have to be willing to read some of it.
For example, here are a few numbers worth thinking about — and, as always, please check them out for yourself:
U.S. health-care spending was projected at roughly $5.7 trillion in 2025 — somewhere around $16,000–$17,000 for every person in the country.
And some chronic health problems continue to affect astonishing numbers of people.
About 1.5 million Americans are newly diagnosed with diabetes each year.
An estimated 115.2 million U.S. adults — more than 2 in 5 — have prediabetes, and most don’t know it.
The American Diabetes Association estimated that diagnosed diabetes alone accounted for $306.6 billion in direct medical costs in 2022, before even adding lost productivity and other indirect costs.
That’s a lot of money.
Okay.
I’m probably in enough trouble for one day.
So let’s bring it back to something very simple.
Be grateful that you can read.
Be grateful that information is available — and that it can be used to make positive changes.
Today, our scan keeps bringing us back to the basics.
FOOD is #1.
Then comes THOUGHTS.
Let’s feed ourselves well in both departments.
For anyone in the mood for a little self-support today—
Pericardium 6 could use some acupressure.
And we have an affomation to dowse in based on today’s SRC scan:
WHY DO I KNOW WHY I’M ON EARTH?
Hint—
it’s probably not just to support the medical industry.
Maybe it’s to find out how powerful you are.
P.S. Even with the possibility that there is such a thing as strongholds! More on that tomorrow!
