So, let’s keep today’s post short.
We are continuing our work around “being strong.” Yesterday, I forgot to share a few of the messages that came through the SRC:
God gives us hopes and dreams for certain things to happen in our lives, but He does not always allow us to see the exact timing of His plan.
Love is sharing and understanding.
And this beautiful reminder:
We do not think something is wrong with one-year-old children because they cannot walk perfectly. They fall frequently, but we pick them up, love them, bandage them when necessary, and keep working with them. Surely our Heavenly Father can do even more for us than we do for our children.
Speak this three times today:
Courage automatically rises in me when I face a threat.
And remember, regaining one’s mind is a process.
Also, we may have identified the “addiction” that keeps appearing as a way of de-stressing.
Turns out, it is one of my favorites:
Food.
