Today our work was focused on clearing stress related to old injury memory, mental rigidity, and poor elimination pathways.
Overall focus: detox.
I know. Exciting.
But now, for some real excitement, let’s move on to The Law of Rhythm.
And it could be that no reality upgrade — which is the focus of all our work — is possible unless we understand how to work with this Law.
For starters, the Law of Rhythm is directly connected to the Law of Polarity and indirectly connected to all the others, even though it is less known.
Polarity gives us the map.
Rhythm allows us to move toward one pole or the other.
Specifically, working beneficially with the Law of Rhythm involves learning how to transmute negative emotions, thoughts, and actions into something higher — no matter how bleak things may appear.
A prime example: in the movie Frequency of Light, their organic farms were leveled by the city — twice — so commercial businesses could go up.
So, they ended up creating farms in parking lots.
Yes. Plant beds that could be wheeled around.
Excellent example of how to work with the Law of Rhythm.
This is also where transmutation comes in. And transmutation, of course, involves the Law of Vibration.
If they had gone into despair, that would have been a vibration of around 50, according to David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness.
Faith, on the other hand, is 500.
They could have been filled with resentment, which would have been around 150.
Compassion — for everyone involved — is 500.
Judgment is around 175.
Understanding is around 400.
You get the idea.
And here are a few more thoughts concerning this Law:
In all situations, at some point, the tide is going to turn.
But don’t let your level of happiness depend only on such external factors.
Polarize your thoughts and actions toward eventual positive outcomes.
Learn to manage your emotions when things do not go your way.
Voltage impacts the swing.
With that awareness, you can lift voltage through conscious effort.
For example:
Bless your food and water before consuming it.
Read or listen to something that elevates the mind instead of agitating it.
Be grateful in all things.
That can be a tough one, along with maintaining a level of happiness.
And this does not mean pretending hard things are not hard.
It means refusing to let hard things take over.
Acknowledge that there are always opportunities hidden in adversity.
This can be a tough Law to follow.
But remember, we are not the same person from one second to the next. Our energy is always flowing.
Let’s point it in the direction we consciously desire.
Because it could be that those who can ride declining waves — related to health, prosperity, relationships, or anything else — while maintaining a higher level of consciousness are the ones who see miracles.
