We didn’t resonate with doing another procrastination scan today—we must want to put it off…
Instead, the focus that came through was:
“Breaking the cycle of seeking outside ourselves to soothe what needs healing within.”
In reality—whatever that is—that could be the whole point of our work.
Because even though the SRC is profoundly powerful and transformative, our inner technology is where the real power lies.
Of course, the SRC can give invaluable information about what could be throwing that inner technology OFF.
With that in mind, here’s what came up today:
Chronic inflammation
Love must be earned through exhaustion story
Solar plexus power loss
Connective tissue weakness
Blocked Divine protection
Curse correction patterns
Medical fear imprinting
Unreasonable scrupulosity
Energetic attachments
Fear of receiving love
Solar plexus contraction
Fear of being judged
Sedentary pattern
Parasite stress
Loss of vision for life
Poor collagen support
Autoimmune stress patterns
Fear of being misunderstood
Now, if the biofield is reflecting this kind of stress, where might we notice it?
#1 Emotional System — Worth, Belonging & Receiving Love
#2 Mental System — Hypervigilance, Self-Monitoring & Fear of Getting It Wrong
#3 Physical System — Specifically chronic inflammation, connective tissue weakness, poor collagen support, autoimmune stress patterns, sedentary patterns, and parasite stress.
And yes—the protocols are being run.
But this is where we can choose to move a little further:
Acupressure- Acupoint: PC6 — Neiguan, “Inner Pass”
A beautiful point for today’s theme of turning inward, calming the system, and remembering that not every answer has to come from outside of us.
Gently hold or massage PC6 on the inner forearm, about three finger-widths above the wrist crease, between the two prominent tendons.
As you hold the point, breathe slowly and repeat:
ONE-WORD PRAYER
RETURN
And if you really want to get carried away, here’s an:
AFFORMATION
Why is everything so easy for me?
And tomorrow, along with our regular work, we’re going to take a closer look at one of our most powerful inner tools:
Breathwork.
