With the cocktail scan from Sunday, we ran till this morning.
Meanwhile, finally got through The Invisible Rainbow, a book about the possible impact of all this man-made electricity on the human body.
And considering that the body itself is electrical, the question is at least worth asking:
What happens when an electrical organism is constantly surrounded by electrical and electromagnetic activity?
Arthur Firstenberg, the author, argues that conditions such as anxiety disorders, influenza, and diabetes were extremely rare before widespread electrification began in the 1800s.
Of course, there are other variables.
Like our FOOD.
CHEMICALS.
And then there’s TIK TOK.
Still, we now have a scan related to this—just to be on the safe side.
Possible electrical-stress associations that came up today:
Loss of cellular energy
Chronic degenerative disease
Migraines
The cocktails are running.
Meanwhile, reducing some of the unnecessary electrical/EMF load around us probably isn’t a bad idea.
Short of moving into a cave and living by candlelight.
A few easy things:
Keep your phone off your body when practical.
Use speakerphone whenever possible.
Don’t sleep with your phone next to your head or under the pillow.
Use airplane mode at night when you don’t need connectivity.
Move routers away from beds and places where you sit for hours.
Use wired Ethernet when it makes sense.
Turn off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, tablets, smart speakers, and other gadgets when you’re not actually using them.
Keep chargers, power strips, and transformers away from the head of the bed.
Don’t spend unnecessary time sitting right beside electrical panels, motors, transformers, or large appliances.
Take breaks from screens.
Spend some time outside.
Dim nighttime lighting.
Reduce bright-screen exposure before bed.
Unplug equipment you don’t need running constantly.
I’m still working on Day 3 of the Fractal Fairy Tale.
It seems I have a little writer’s cramp.
Need to go find my crown. LOL
