I was wondering where to start with the subject of “thoughts” — and, well, those who do energy work in one form or another probably know what happened next.
A coincidence.
A friend sent a video by Master Co, a Pranic Healer, about forgiveness.
Pranic Healing is an energy-healing system based around the idea that the body has a bioenergy field and that energy centers (chakras) influence physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Practitioners work with concepts such as scanning, cleansing, energizing, and balancing the energy field.
It sounds a lot like what we are doing with the SRC.
In the video, Master Co discussed what thoughts of anger, resentment, and unforgiveness can do to the body on a physical level.
This is all in energetic terms, of course.
He started with an example involving diabetes, which was especially interesting since we were just discussing how many people are dealing with that diagnosis.
His energetic explanation was:
“From an energetic perspective, anger, resentment, and unforgiveness create conditions that affect the Solar Plexus, which is connected with the pancreas. If these emotions remain unresolved, the imbalance can move deeper into the foundational energy centers that may bring about pain- in the form of a health-related issue – in one form or another.”
The point:
What happens when we repeatedly hold on to anger, fear, resentment, or unforgiveness?
It could mean we allow something outside of us to make us sick.
With that in mind — for starters:
Can we let some of the political anger go?
Maybe some of the people who challenge us are also some of our greatest teachers.
How about we bless them for the lesson?
(Still there?)
Today’s work is focusing on:
Solar Plexus Coherence
Back Pain Patterns
Headache Patterns
And maybe it’s time to ask a few more questions about what negative thoughts could do on a physical level…
As Confucius reminded us:
“The man who asks a question is a fool for a minute, the man who does not ask is a fool for life.”
— Confucius
And an idea for something to dowse into the biofield:
“My thoughts are powerful, and I use them wisely.”
