Still don’t have any cake!
The challenge—finding barley flour.
(Along with procrastination. I think I can find it at one store I haven’t checked yet.)
In the interim, maybe we should talk about barley, because it’s one of those foods that may influence not only the body—but our thoughts.
This is because the gut and brain keep up a steady line of communication, and barley may support a healthier gut microbiome.
And if we’re serious about activating our powerful inner technology, that is said to involve:
FOOD.
THOUGHTS.
BREATHING.
WORDS.

The next exploration is going to be the power of thoughts…which will probably take us through the week.
But part of our regular work is also a daily nutrition scan.
I haven’t been sharing it because it is purely energetic information, not a recommendation that anyone take a particular food or supplement.
But maybe now it’s time.
The scan has been added to since 2008, so it is VERY long.
But today it gave us just one thing:
Calcium Sulphate…
And calcium plays an important role in normal cellular communication.
So…
Do cells think?
We’ll take a closer look at that tomorrow.
Meanwhile, if just one thought could be summarized from today’s scan, it could be:
“Please stop bracing for what might happen, let me release what I’ve been carrying, and trust that I can soften, feel safe, and move forward without having to stay on guard.”
Which brings up something else we could use to activate our inner technology:
Dowsing.
The simple kind with a pendulum.
Nothing fancy.
A necklace or key chain can work.
And no asking a yes-or-no question.
The suggestion is to simply hold a positive statement and use a gentle clockwise pendulum movement to “dowse it in”.
It’s interesting to see how long the pendulum takes to do a full swing.
A suggestion for today:
My inner technology restores calm, clarity, and balance.
Meanwhile, for a while anyway, let’s drop the one-word prayer and afformations and replace them with the dowsing.
But, for those so inclined, keep the acupressure.
Because FLOW remains one of the main objectives of everything we’re doing.
Today’s point:
SPLEEN 21 — Because today’s scan paired Spleen 21 with themes including anxiety, emotional scars, and uncertainty.
