Don’t know who had a chance to watch the movie Illusion — I did… twice.
Some ideas to share…
…but first, in our scan we came up with something fascinating:
Fear of the unseen — appearing as a form of stress pattern around what we cannot perceive.
Hopefully this can be de-stressed because…
How much of what’s happening “out there” do we get to see, feel, or hear?
Human perception captures only a small fraction of what exists around us — science estimates it may be about 4%.
On to the movie…
It presented the idea that what surrounds us in the unseen may involve patterns, frequencies, and sacred geometry forms.
So naturally… we now have a Sacred Geometry scan.
What came up for the group?
The Lotus of the Heart.
This is a beautiful symbol associated with spiritual awakening, emotional healing, compassion, and the unfolding of our true self.
The lotus emerges from the mud.
It grows through darkness, transformation, and cycles — much like the journey many people experience as consciousness expands.
It is also deeply connected with water, which continues to be a major theme showing up in our work.
So our direction for the week:
Forgiveness.
Compassion.
Opening the heart.
Of course, we are still addressing what appeared in the overall scan, which is… (sigh)… still addiction.
We received a clue last week that food was involved.
But today, let’s go underneath the pattern.
The goal is to restore balance so external compulsive patterns are no longer needed for comfort, regulation, or fulfillment.
It wouldn’t hurt to continue with a little acupressure:
PC 6 — The Heart Protector
One-word prayer:
Grace
Because the lotus theme is about transformation without force.
Afformation:
“Why am I safe to open my heart?”
And a reminder:
Healing is our right…
…but also our responsibility.
Let’s keep activating our inner technology!
