So, here we sit, surrounded by signals we cannot see. Cell towers, Wi-Fi, radio waves, the worldwide web, and countless other forms of information are moving through and around us.
At the same time, our group is receiving frequency-based information from the SRC.
And yes, in my experience, frequency-work at a distance can be remarkably effective.
I certainly did not believe that when I first started doing this work. People would come to my office, and I would connect them directly to the computer using wrist, ankle, and head bands.
That was how I had been taught.
Then Dr. Jerry Tennant—who had experienced his own health transformation and later began teaching others about energy and voltage—asked me a question that changed my perspective:
“Cathy, when you pray for your daughter, do you need to be touching her?”
And I got it.
Maybe what we are doing is a form of focused energetic prayer—or a type of spiritual hygiene, much like taking a bath or shower every day.
Except this is about energy.
Not voodoo. LOL.
TODAY’S WORK
Being strong appeared yesterday as a major point of stress.
It is running in the emotional panel, where circulation, the gallbladder, and the SRC phrase “exorcise spirit” appeared among the results associated with the perceived need to remain strong all the time.
As always, this work is etheric, not physical.
And regarding the phrase “exorcise spirit,” please do not let the wording send your imagination racing.
It does not necessarily mean anything resembling the dramatic form of “dark energy” that may immediately come to mind.
It simply suggests that something appears to have disrupted or distorted the field.
That disruption could be associated with environmental influences, emotional burdens, energetic residue, or digital overstimulation.
To address this, we are working with the Sustenance Balancer, along with the B12 and absorption settings.
THE GALLBLADDER PATTERN
The Gallbladder Turbid Pattern also appeared and is being addressed through the Elemental Scanner.
This does not mean the scan has diagnosed a physical gallbladder problem.
Here is the interpretation that came through today:
Fear, resentment, exhaustion, overthinking, people-pleasing, or trauma memory may have overridden our power of choice.
In other words, this may be less about the physical gallbladder and more about what happens when we have been “strong” for so long that we no longer know what we genuinely want—or feel free to choose it.
CHAKRA RESTORATION
The chakras also appear to be a primary area of stress today.
We resonated strongly with Complete Chakra Restoration in the P4, so that program is being included in our work.
If the stress continues to appear tomorrow, we will go deeper.
CLEARING ATTACHMENT TO PRESENT REALITY
Finally, Clear Addiction to Present Reality is being addressed through Yes Therapy.
That phrase does not mean refusing to acknowledge what is happening or pretending that unwanted circumstances do not exist.
It means releasing the belief that what we see today must remain our reality tomorrow.
We are not trapped.
We can respond responsibly to present circumstances while remaining open to healing, new choices, better possibilities, and Divine redirection.
AND THEN THERE IS ST 36
This brings us to one of the most famous acupuncture points in Traditional Chinese Medicine: Stomach 36, or ST 36—Zusanli.
Some practitioners of Chinese medicine regularly stimulate this point through acupuncture, acupressure, or moxibustion as part of a health-maintenance practice.
Traditionally, ST 36 is associated with supporting vitality, digestion, resilience, Qi and Blood, and the ability to keep moving forward when we feel depleted.
Its traditional name is sometimes translated as “Leg Three Miles,” reflecting the old idea that stimulating the point could help a weary traveler continue another three miles.
Maybe there is a message in that for us today.
Maybe it is about continuing to participate in creating a better reality.
Taking one more step.
Just one more day at a time.
