We’ve had an interesting synchronicity.
Yesterday a friend forwarded information on a movie that fits right in with what we’ve been talking about. Click below, or if for some reason it doesn’t come up, go to farmacyoflight.com.
Watch Farmacy of Light
It’s up for free for the next two days — then $7, which is still well worth that small price.
The movie is all about the potential of supporting healing by consuming higher-frequency food.
Some highlights will follow, but first, here’s where we are today energetically.
Again, focused on damp.
Our top three damp-producing foods currently are:
raw kale, bologna, and packaged crackers
In reference to raw kale, it is not “bad.”
But according to our scan, we are not transforming raw greens efficiently right now.
And Chinese medicine teaches that raw nourishment may be good in theory, but not always easily assimilated in practice.
Moving on, our top dis-ease related to damp at this time is food addiction.
And finally, here are four points of stress that were still unresolved from yesterday’s scan after 24 hours of clearing:
suppression
projection
decrease in personal power
invisible phlegm
To clear stress related to suppression, we are requesting the Mediator Pro Tool.
That tool provides energetic mediation. For example, do we really want to let go of certain belief structures, even if they are holding us back?
Cocktails for the other three issues:
For projection:
Threshold Between True Intuition and Delusional Projection
For decrease in personal power:
Transmute Learned Helplessness into Personal Power
For invisible phlegm:
Phlegm-Turbidity in the Water Element
In Chinese medicine language, the Water Element relates to the kidneys, bladder, fluids, deep reserves, fear, willpower, bones, ears, and the body’s ability to store and circulate vital essence.
So the message is that bodily fluids may not be flowing clearly.
And in Chinese medicine, it’s all about the flow.
Now, on to the movie.
It starts with the following information:
76.4 million Americans suffer from at least one chronic disease — and the number is growing.
Then it goes on to suggest that we could transform this reality if we started eating higher-frequency food.
The challenge could be that we have been programmed over the years to crave the pleasure, convenience, and comfort of foods that do not necessarily restore life.
All of this feels like a natural lead-in to The Law of Rhythm.
When rhythm gets disrupted — in this case, our rhythms around eating — the body may begin to hold what it was meant to move.
That holding can become damp, and that damp can lead to disease.
And there’s a rhythm underneath it all.
Speaking of which- maybe a limerick says it best:
There once was a body gone damp,
With cravings that set up a camp.
But rhythm returned,
The old patterns burned,
And the body relit its lamp.
So maybe it’s time.
New rhythm. New life.
