For almost 30 years, I’ve done “computerized energy work.”
A biofeedback program started the journey because, by age 49, I had managed to destroy my own health.
Back then, I never dreamed this kind of work would become a passion — and ultimately a full-time career.
But here we are.
Thanks to technological advances, we are now getting information that continues to validate this work.
Meanwhile, I am amazed on just about a daily basis by how much more there is to learn.
Anyway, over the years — and this is still the case — when various forms of stress appeared in scans, I would recommend health practitioners, both mainstream and alternative, if I had heard positive reports about their work.
One of those practitioners was Grand Master David Harris.
So one day, I got a call from the Grand Master, who said, “I keep hearing about that machine you’re using, and I want to see it.”
I thought, “Oh brother. This man is a triple grand master. He doesn’t need a machine.”
But out of respect, I made the trip and gave him a session.
His response?
He bought two systems, saying, “I never realized a machine could do what I do.”
Then, a few years later, he designed his own software program — one that combined both Chinese and Western modalities.
The SRC.
To date, I haven’t found an energetic software program that compares.
This may be because it combines Eastern and Western wisdom.
Both are powerful, but here is the division from my perspective:
The Western approach:
The body is a machine. When it malfunctions, authorities fix it from the outside.
The Eastern approach:
The body is a living field. Energy matters. Flow matters. The person participates in healing.
So for the group work, we are still working on stress related to infection.
Today, the related stress showing up is “damp.”
That term shows up often, and most people don’t know what it really means.
With that in mind, let’s devote this week to explaining not only damp, but also a few other Chinese medicine terms that often show up in our scans — Qi, meridians, phlegm, heat, cold, stagnation, Jing, Shen, Nei Gong…
And in reference to damp, we are also using the following Pro Tools today: the Dispenser and the Mediator.
Just in case anybody wants to do their part in this — since no machine is as powerful as the human body — it wouldn’t hurt to cut back on one or more of the following damp promoters that came up in our scan today:
American cheese, raw vegetable juices, cereal with milk, soda, and cream cheese.
That’s what we’ll be mediating energetically today, because it may be that some of these comfort foods are feeding the very fog we are trying to clear.
But to put it simply, the goal for today is this:
Stop feeding the fog.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Cathy!!! I am working the SRC on my group with the same intention and would love to share your message with them!!! I am feeling this same way!!! Thanks for sharing this message to me! I will be following for sure!
