…can we zap the downswing?
The Law of Rhythm is something I’ve always had a problem with.
But since it impacts every aspect of existence, I guess it’s time to deal with it.
The basic idea is that everything moves in cycles.
So, annoyingly enough, after a period of prosperity, there may be a period of lack. After a joyful state, there may be a not-so-joyful state. After expansion, there may be contraction.
But I want to be healthy, rich, and happy all the time.
Can’t we just “zap” that into our reality?
Apparently, the disturbing reality is that even the downswing has something to teach us.
A rhythm we interpret as disaster may be teaching us a powerful lesson that ultimately transforms our life in a beneficial way.
Based on this, I started shifting some of my personal thinking by changing “trauma” in our cocktail list to Divine Spark.
That idea came from Dr. Stephen Young, who has some fascinating YouTubes.
The point being:
Maybe each phase has its purpose, giving us the opportunity to learn what that season is trying to teach.
This got me thinking — what if we knew the rhythms of each phase of life and worked with them instead of fighting them?
For starters, what if we changed our health routines as the body’s rhythms changed?
Keeping the doctor in the loop, of course. We don’t want to go crazy here.
But what if we just changed a few habits?
You get the idea.
Anyway, since part of my rhythm is doing our SRC work every morning from 7–9am, here’s what our rhythms want to de-stress today.
We asked twice for a protocol for Planet Earth and its people, and we are taking that in the P4 and the elemental scanner.
We’re clearing:
Energetic interference from sleep deprivation
Energetic interference from blocked intuition
We also asked for the command:
I speak past every condition. The visible world yields to my word. And so it is.
Which fits right in with the afformation concept.
We asked to include the astral body in today’s session.
The cocktails coming up include:
Sickness / Big Pharma Dependency Patterns — Prayer Warrior
Turn On Dormant Neuropathways in the Brain — 12 repeats
As far as the overall scan, the focus today is spleen and pancreas, and the resistance/confliction is amoeba.
So, I guess we’d better see how that fits into The Law of Rhythm.
Meanwhile, I went to ChatGPT and got a breakdown of what’s “going on” related to age categories.
Took it up to age 100, because some of us plan on converting the rhythms of what we’ve learned the hard way into ways we might be able to help others avoid such lessons, Divine Sparks or not. That could take some time.
Then, coincidentally — which quantum thinking would say is not really a thing — a 47-year-old client called and said:
“Sure, tell me what Chat said.”
So here is one example of what The Law of Rhythm might show for ages 45–49.
Ages 45–49
Primary rhythm: perimenopause, major recalibration, life inventory
Possible stresses: sleep disruption, hot flashes, mood swings, weight changes, resentment, anxiety, rage, fatigue, feeling unseen
Support focus: mitochondria, blood sugar, liver/gallbladder, minerals, protein, nervous-system calming, emotional release
Clearing phrase:
My power is changing form, not disappearing.
And since we’ve been looking at the potential power of afformations, maybe the question for this age rhythm could be:
Why is my power now changing form in such healthy, joyful, and beneficial ways?
And for the group today, maybe the question becomes:
Why are our bodies now returning to Divine rhythm in such clear, healthy, and beneficial ways?
And maybe that’s the whole point of this Law.
It’s part of the support system put in place so we can truly create a life of joy and abundance.
