We’re continuing to go through the Natural Laws, with the idea that maybe there really are guidelines for creating a life of joy and abundance.
But for starters, how helpful is it to have some sort of “gadget” to decipher all this?
We’re using the SRC — but even a pendulum can give information on the state of the biofield.
Or are we already in possession of the most powerful gadget ever known?
Our own selves.
And the printout?
Possibly our current state of reality.
Scientists are still trying to figure all this out. They keep testing matter, energy, consciousness, genetics, epigenetics…no luck so far.
And then there is the Law of Cause and Effect, which says there is no such thing as luck.
This law suggests that everything is connected. One thought can become a feeling. One feeling can become a choice. One choice can become a habit. One habit can become life’s broadcast.
And, to further complicate things, even just one thought, feeling, choice, or habit may impact the entire collective field.
So, on a practical level, how can we apply all this to where we are right now?
Well, we continually come up with PHLEGM as a point of stress.
According to our scan, the primary causes are:
Emotion — confusion mixed with worry.
Exposure — sugary foods.
Old pattern — over-monitoring the body from fear.
Just our awareness related to this can begin a clearing.
Also, it wouldn’t hurt to do that old Silva routine of saying “cancel, cancel” whenever an unwelcome thought pops up.
At least in my personal experience, these thoughts are like children. If you say “cancel, cancel” enough, after a while they seem to give up.
It does take a while, though.
As far as eliminating sugary foods, we already know that. But a few choices made by corporate America regarding our food may have helped create some addiction patterns, so yes, it’s a challenge.
And a habit that might help in clearing phlegm:
Drink warm water first, then take a gentle 10–20 minute walk.
Also, in energetic language, phlegm is not just mucus. It can represent the places where movement has slowed down — like one’s love life, bank balance, or ability to move forward.
So could the following be a type of formula?
Less sugar.
More warm water.
Gentle walking.
Less fear-monitoring.
More trust in the body.
Less confusion.
More movement.
Because if life is a formula, maybe we do not have to change everything.
Maybe we can just change one input at a time.
