Our energy is connected to the Absolute.
In other words, we are part of a vast web of informational energy — and, in a strange way, we operate a little like living computers, designed to receive, process, and pull in what we need in order to thrive.
That, if you keep up with world events, does not always appear to be working out spectacularly well.
But also, you never really know where a daily scan of a group biofield is going to take you.
On Sunday, the focus was clearing thought-loops that may be interfering with, distorting, or amplifying our connection to all that powerful reality-creating frequency we’re part of.
The original idea was to then spend the next seven days moving through a simple blueprint:
Monday — clearing mental static
Tuesday — calming the nervous system
Wednesday — trauma freeze
Thursday — releasing fury
Friday — restoring fluids, because apparently we are very dehydrated
Saturday — restoring inner authority
Sunday — alignment with surrounding intelligence

But we are already a day behind, because Sunday’s focus on negative thought loops blew us through both Sunday and Monday.
I’m not that much into astrology, but I went ahead and asked a couple of savvy friends if anything could be affecting us on that level.
Here’s what they said:
Mercury and Uranus are meeting in Gemini, which can amplify mental static, nervous-system buzz, sudden insights, and information overload.
Whatever.
Now the 7-day blueprint, based on Sunday and Monday’s work, has been somewhat adjusted.
Today’s work is focused on:
Nervous system chaos
Sympathetic nervous system overload
Overextended biofield
Exhaustion

An overextended biofield is what happens when our energy, attention, worry, compassion, and sense of responsibility are stretched too far outside ourselves.
Instead of being centered and grounded, the field starts reaching into too many people, too many problems, too many screens, too many fears, and too many unfinished stories.
In other words, too many tabs are open.
One thing about energy work, though — it is far more impactful when, after a biofield scan pinpoints areas of stress, we also do some work on the conscious level.
So how about activating a little power by stating, every now and then:
I AM AT PEACE.
Otherwise, we may blow through another couple of days on this one, too.
If not, tomorrow’s focus is hydration — because yes, dehydration can skew our thoughts too.
