Every day, this work we do through the SRC could be described in many ways:
stress management, energetic support, biofield balancing, virtual qi gong…
But it may be much simpler than that.
We are clearing static.
And much of that static may be interfering with, distorting, or amplifying our thoughts.
That matters, because thoughts are instructions.
They affect the nervous system, the body, the emotions, the field, and quite possibly what we experience as reality.
But here’s the problem:
Not every thought is truth.
Based on today’s scan, here are some of the thought loops that came up as running in the group field:
“I can’t fix this.”
“There are too many issues; I don’t know where to start.”
“I’m exhausted on every level.”
“I’m angry, but I don’t know what to do with it.”
“I’ll just pretend it’s fine.”
“Nothing is moving. I’m stuck.”
“I’m too tired to care, but also too wound up to rest.”
“Something is wrong with me.”
These negative loops could be connected to various forms of trauma we’ve experienced, including the trauma of addiction.
When a deeper scan was done on what form of trauma may be contributing to these negative loops, what came up was:
Psychic imprint from control.
That could indicate a pattern where the field has learned to believe that outside authority has more power than our own inner authority.
But how’s that been working out?
Maybe it’s time to take energetic and 3D steps to reclaim authority over our thoughts.
How can daily energy work help?
For starters, along with our regular work, we’re going to clear static related to:
mind, body, and spirit exhaustion.
Something else came up that may be worth investigating:
Hive-mind influence.
Where have we absorbed group fear, cultural programming, media panic, family beliefs, or collective assumptions?
On the 3D level, here is a simple practice:
Start observing everything you say or think that begins with:
I AM.
Also, for the next 7 nights, if you’re willing — and yes, the ego may block this because it does not always enjoy being retrained — repeat this phrase 100 times before bedtime:
I am safe in God’s order as my mind quiets and wisdom rises.
That is, if you’re interested in forming a new groove.
