The SRC software was originally designed to be simple: hit one button called The Wonder Click — short for “I wonder what a Qi Gong Master would do for me today?” — and let the system do its work.
But SRC can also be used more specifically, as long as the intention is for the good of the whole. And lately, because our group work has been circling around addiction, grooves, and neurotransmitters, a few deeper scans are being used: energetic interference, causes of neurotransmitter stress, stories, wounds, archetypes, and interdimensional interference.
Today, the group resonated with two of these themes:
Energetic interference from oxytocin distortion
Have to hold it all together story
Always the strong one story
Oxytocin is both a hormone and a neurotransmitter, connected with bonding, trust, attachment, safety, closeness, caregiving, and connection. So “oxytocin distortion” may suggest the nervous system learned to bond through pressure, responsibility, fear, pain, or performance instead of safety, ease, and true connection.
We’re receiving the energy of oxytocin via the Sustenance Balancer, along with two command cocktails to begin clearing the stories.
And the stories did fit perfectly.
“Have to hold it all together” says: If I don’t manage everything, everything falls apart.
“Always the strong one” says: I am only loved when I am capable, composed, useful, and needed.
So, it could be that we are working to clear, energetically, two stories that say love must be earned through exhaustion.
A thought —
Today, ask for help. Let something wait. Drink some water before solving anyone’s problem.
And before drinking the water, what could it hurt to say…
I am worthy of being loved unconditionally.
