When the SRC clears a session — and ours cleared during the night — there is occasionally an issue that remains as a point of stress.
(This can be identified through a scan of remaining issues in the Nei Gong and Shen applications)
What remained this morning was powerlessness.
That was interesting, because powerlessness and addiction often travel together.
Anyway, moving on. Stress related to addiction is such a huge topic that we’re going to break it down into a short series: brain circuitry, nutritional depletion, the nervous system, physical and emotional pain, ancestral patterns, addiction transfer — trading one addiction for another — and sovereignty.
And now I realize I need to interface each of these issues with a reinforcement of our power to clear any form of addiction that keeps us from creating a life of joy and abundance.
Let’s begin with Part 1: brain circuitry.
Our system tends to return to what is familiar, even when what is familiar is painful or self-destructive. Simple example: how many of us hop right onto the phone or computer each morning instead of beginning with a little prayer, meditation, or affirming? After all, when we first wake up, we are in theta brain wave territory… more on that another time.
As far as brain circuitry goes, the biggest players in non-beneficial repetition are the basal ganglia, the amygdala, and the prefrontal cortex.
We can work with the SRC and Pro Tools in relation to all of this. Today we are focusing first on regenerating these players via the Recharger — 17 hours — all subtle energy, of course.
Still, the most powerful gadget is your own human body. So, for starters, here is something you might consider doing when you first wake up. This comes from Dolores Cannon, an amazing visionary.
She suggested saying three times, first thing every morning:
I create my reality. I am creating my reality today.
What would it hurt to give this a try?
And while we’re at it, how about drinking a little more water? Poor absorption because of lack of fluids did come up in our scan today.
We also seem to want to laugh a little more, which frankly is not the worst idea.
The focus in the Sustenance Balancer today is neurochemical balance, emotional steadiness, and a calmer nervous system.
Cocktails requested via the scan:
Transmute Whining or Demanding to Personal Power
Pure Health Fungus Eliminator
Which raises another interesting question:
Could there be a connection between mental health and exposure to fungus?
That might be worth a look down the road.
