In our Daily Energy Group scans, “damp” shows up a lot. It’s a Chinese medicine term you don’t hear much in the West. I mostly knew it could harbor pathogens, so I asked ChatGPT to explain it simply:
Damp = too much wet, sticky goo inside the body.
When damp builds (and microbes/yeast can thrive in that “goo”), you may feel heavy, foggy, puffy, and sluggish. The good news: as damp goes down, energy (qi) goes up—thinking clears. And given the state of the world, a little more clarity can only help.
Now back to me- here’s the point: damp can keep us from fully plugging in to the vast field of frequency information that—according to neuroscientists—surrounds us.
Over the next few days, I’ll share a few damp-clearing teas and recipes.
Meanwhile, since a few weight issues also came up in our scan, consider cutting back on sugar—a major contributor to damp—and notice how you feel.
Less Damp = More Light.
