This morning, I was walking my dog Sir through the park when a mother duck nearly attacked him. She had a clutch of babies to protect, and he was taking a few steps in her direction.
Later I saw a post about hundreds of pregnant women guzzling Tylenol because Trump warned—during one of his speeches—against taking it during pregnancy over possible neurological risks to the unborn child. I became enraged, thinking, “Maybe some expectant mothers don’t even have the brain of a duck when it comes to protecting their baby.”
Of course, we all know much of what’s online isn’t true. But it’s also obvious a lot of us have been acting a little unhinged lately. Remember: the brain is a virtual-reality device designed to pull in signals from surrounding frequency fields—that is what creates our reality. What happens when those signals are deliberately engineered to stir low-voltage emotions—the same over-reactive feelings I felt from what I read?
Hopefully what I read isn’t true. Regardless, over the next few days let’s look at what our brains are receiving from TV and the internet and explore simple energetic practices that could keep our reality-creation on track for a life of joy and abundance — which yes, we can create.
For starters: move your phone to another room while you sleep. Small change, big return.
Today’s SRC focus for the energy group: nerval support. A major assist for this work is to start noticing what you’re letting into your field.
May the Light you carry be so bright even the ducks need sunglasses. 😄
