Lately I’ve been hearing a lot about the butterfly’s “goo stage.” In the chrysalis, the caterpillar dissolves and imaginal cells reorganize everything into a new form. Maybe we, as a culture, are in our own goo stage—messy, disorienting, and full of potential.
In the last post we talked about the brain as a “virtual-reality device.” Has this device been absorbing inputs that amplify hostility and division? Since the early days, such tactics—designed to steer the populace—have existed (Edward Bernays even wrote the playbook), and today they’re digitized and scaled. Many major outlets and platforms can function like frequency systems that reward fear, outrage, and powerlessness. Call it propaganda, algorithmic priming, or even energetic manipulation; the effect is the same: lowered clarity, lowered vitality.
Media hygiene idea: give yourself one quiet hour daily (no TV/phone). Certain physical issues seem to worsen with chronic stress from doom-scrolling—so let’s stop feeding them. Step out of the fear feed.
Meanwhile, we keep climbing the frequency ladder. Today’s focus: Humanize (Willingness, 310).
We’re also on the final day of the Hippocrates Protocol.
Day 7 – The Gift of Health
Quote: “A wise man ought to realize that health is his most valuable possession.”
Command: I honor health as my greatest treasure. I live in clarity, gratitude, and alignment with life.
Theme: Gratitude for vitality as a sacred gift.

Let’s not destroy our health by living in a world of hate. Choose clarity. Choose care. Choose each other.
