So here we are — half of Americans are afraid that organized terror will silence anyone who thinks differently. The other half fear we’re sliding into an extreme right-wing authoritarian era. Both fears are intense — and both are playing out inside the brain.
That’s right. THE HUMAN BRAIN IS A VIRTUAL REALITY DEVICE — constantly decoding information and translating it into human experience. Neuroscience shows the brain builds our reality by decoding streams of information. But what happens when those streams are skewed?
Distorted, fear-soaked information can be digitized and piped into the unconscious. And when people spend hours every day online, watching TV, or living in their phones, they could be creating their reality with that distorted input.
The constant stress this creates lowers voltage. Lower voltage changes perception and choices. And small, repeated choices shape the life that follows.
What do we do about this? If hate is being broadcast, don’t amplify it. We don’t need to pretend it isn’t happening — but because this is really a stress-management problem, we keep doing our work.
We’re on Day 6 of the Hippocrates Protocol:
Day 6: Small Daily Choices Create Health
“Illnesses do not come upon us out of the blue. They are developed from small daily sins against nature. When enough sins have accumulated, illnesses will suddenly appear.”
Command: I restore harmony by aligning daily choices with nature’s design. Each moment is an opportunity for healing.
Also, we’re now on Rung Two of the Frequency Ladder (Hostility → Resolution). The first rung was Courage at 200 Hz. Now we move up to Neutrality — 250 Hz. This frequency is being broadcast into our etheric fields — but you can take practical steps too.
Two simple rules for practicing neutrality in charged conversations (religion, politics, whatever):
- Let people finish what they’re trying to say.
- No insults, no labels.
These two steps — listening fully and refusing name-calling — could be a bridge from chaos toward joy and abundance.
Want to keep climbing the ladder? Stay tuned for tomorrow’s protocol step and share this with someone who could use a reminder that peace begins in the brain.
