This morning, while walking my dog Sir, a guy on a bicycle whizzed past us screaming:
“THIS WORLD IS A PIECE OF S*IT!”
Apparently, a little stress was hitting his CPU.
I was mostly thankful he didn’t run us over.
Maybe he needs an SRC session.
Just kidding—but…
We are all being hit with different forms of stress.
It’s called life.
Or, according to Dr. Sue Morter:
Training. Opportunity.
So here’s what came up in today’s scan.
For starters, we picked up a number of possible environmental and lifestyle stressors related to pineal function.
The cocktails are running.
Today’s list included:
Lead
Nonylphenol
Lack of restorative environmental space
Occupational chemical exposure
Spending most daylight hours indoors
Chemical exposure affecting circadian signaling
Environmental stress affecting circadian entrainment
Plasticizer exposure
Styrene
Air-freshener exposure
Irregular sleep schedules
Paraquat
That is quite a list.
But remember:
It’s all subtle energy coming from the biofield.
And the point is awareness.
Something appears so we can ask:
What can we do today?
THEN WE REQUESTED A FULL COCKTAIL SCAN
That’s not an everyday thing.
It’s kind of like stepping into the Matrix, because I’ve been adding to our cocktail library since 2008.
And here’s what came to the top:
WORD AND ACTION ALIGNMENT
CALCIFICATION
TMJ
ENVIRONMENTAL SLEEP DISRUPTION
And WORD AND ACTION ALIGNMENT is especially interesting.
Because—as we all know—
WORDS CARRY POWER.
AND THEN THERE IS OUR ROUTER
I’m still being led to energetically balance our “router” every day:
the chakras.
And more often than not, the Sacral Chakra seems to require the most attention.
Its traditional energetic associations include:
Bladder, Prostate, Womb, Pelvis, Nervous system, Lower spine, Fluid function, Adrenals, Sex organs
These issues are now running in the Pro Tools Issue Solver for the next three days.
And with all of that going on…
let’s return to our Prince, who is having his own share of stress.
DAY 2
The Prince stood staring at the donkey in the mirror.
The donkey stared back.
For one hopeful moment, he wondered whether he might be dreaming.
Then the donkey opened its mouth.
HEE-HAW.
The Prince froze.
That revolting sound had come out of his mouth.
He backed away from the mirror and hurried toward the window—
knocking over nearly everything in his path.
Four legs, he quickly discovered, required considerably more coordination than two.
Eventually, he reached the tall palace window.
He pushed the curtain aside with his nose and looked down into the courtyard…
and stopped breathing.
The courtyard was full of donkeys.
Gray donkeys.
Brown donkeys.
White donkeys.
And most of them were completely out of control.
A few humans remained.
They were desperately trying to make their way through the courtyard while the donkeys shoved, chased, kicked, and attacked them.
The Prince stared in disbelief.
This was not just happening to him.
Something had happened to the entire kingdom.
And whatever had happened had done more than change their bodies.
They were highly agitated, braying hysterically.
The Prince knew he had to get down there.
Somebody had to bring order to this chaos.
He turned toward the door.
And stopped.
He had no hands.
How could he get out?
Not only that, but in the Kingdom, hands weren’t just about motor skills.
Hands were instruments of power.
Power was what he needed now more than ever before.
Normally, this would have been the perfect moment for Hakini Mudra—
bringing order out of chaos.
Just
Bring both hands in front of you.
Spread the fingers gently.
Touch the fingertips of the right hand to the matching fingertips of the left:
Thumb to thumb
Index finger to index finger
Middle finger to middle finger
Ring finger to ring finger
Little finger to little finger
Keep the palms separated.
Do not press hard.
Let the fingertips touch lightly.
Hold the hands comfortably around chest or solar-plexus level.
But, unfortunately…
hooves weren’t particularly suited to this.
The Prince looked again at the door.
He backed up.
Lowered his head.
And charged.
CRASH.
The door gave way.
The Prince stood triumphantly in the opening.
And in that moment—
The ego was born.
And
He forgot he had ever worn a crown.
