But first, let’s start with the PRESENT.
With all those cocktails requested Sunday, we ran right through until this morning.
Today we started, as always, by balancing the chakras, and our root, crown, and chakra 9 were significantly “off.”
That suggested a need for grounding and anchoring, perhaps some brain balancing—and, as far as the 9th chakra is concerned, maybe a need to remain open to a few AHA moments.
We just did some stress management on the cortex the other day, and today we’re working with the Recharger Pro Tool to:
Regenerate Parietal Cortex — 10 hours
Balance Temporal Lobe — 21 hours
We also resonated highly with a number of scans.
As you know, this portion of our work is related to the work of Evette Rose, who explores emotional patterns associated with physical stress. So when you see these headings, they are not saying there is necessarily a physical problem associated with them.
But maybe, over time, if an emotional pattern remains in place…
Inflammation Amplifier Scan
Paralysis Scan
Micronutrient Master Scan
Knee Problems Scan
Altered Mental State Scan
Shoulder Problems Scan
Calcification Scan
Tendon Problems Scan
Tomorrow we can take a look at the specific emotions—and see what remains after 24 hours in the Nei Gong.
And now—
BACK TO THE FUTURE.
By the late 1960s, through the 1970s and into the 1990s, many television viewers regularly heard:
“It’s 10 p.m. Do you know where your children are?”
Today, the FBI receives hundreds of thousands of missing-person entries involving children each year.
Point being…
Childhood certainly feels different.
Even Halloween comes with warnings about checking the candy.
And just a random thought—you would think finding missing children might be easier now because so much of modern life is photographed, recorded, or tracked.
It HAS helped find plenty of murderers!
And guess what—
MURDER HAS ACTUALLY GONE DOWN SINCE THE 1970s.
And yet—with YouTube, podcasts, streaming documentaries, and endless true-crime channels—it can certainly LOOK as though things are worse.
Which raises another question for another time:
What does watching all of that do to the nervous system?
And one last thought for today:
We’re told that we’re living longer.
We’ve gained roughly six years since 1978.
Whoopee.
Meanwhile, U.S. health spending is through the roof—$5.3 TRILLION in 2024.
But are we healthier?
And how about our children’s health?
What about autism?
Maybe more investigation down the road.
Just remember, everything wasn’t wonderful 50 years ago.
And everything isn’t terrible now.
But maybe there are some things we can create differently as the future unfolds.
For starters, let’s not underestimate the importance of what we repeatedly give our attention to.
Neuroscience has demonstrated something extraordinary: repeated thought, learning, attention, behavior, and experience can actually change the way the brain—our CPU—functions.
Just in case that wasn’t clear:
Neuroscience can now demonstrate that every thought reshapes the brain—this is not a poetic idea. It is literal.
So maybe the bigger question is:
What are we repeatedly feeding the brain?
How about:
LOVE. GRATITUDE. VIBRANT HEALTH. JOY.
Who knows what might show up?
True love? Financial blessings?
Seriously.
Maybe that’s where—
BACK TO THE FUTURE — PART II
begins.
