This morning I woke up with TEETH on my mind.
I know. Not exactly exciting.
Except—we’ve been talking about the brain, and it turns out teeth aren’t just sharp little things for biting and chewing.
They have a significant connection to the brain.
So we have some tooth work to do over the next few days.
For starters, I ran a Tooth Disorders Scan for the group, and energetically these were the primary hits:
Dietary Acid Erosion — Gradual wearing away of tooth enamel from repeated exposure to acids, including acidic foods, beverages, or stomach acid.
Pericoronitis — Inflammation of the gum tissue surrounding a partially erupted tooth, most commonly a wisdom tooth.
Taurodontism — A developmental variation in tooth anatomy in which the body and pulp chamber of the tooth are enlarged and the roots are relatively shorter.
Periodontal Ligament Inflammation — Irritation or inflammation of the ligament that helps anchor a tooth into the surrounding bone.
But teeth weren’t the only thing that came up today.
We also resonated with the Energy Production Pattern Master Scan, and here’s what surfaced:
Chronic bracing — Ongoing, often unconscious muscle tension or “holding” in the body, commonly associated with stress, vigilance, or feeling the need to stay prepared.
Chewing and digestive preparation — Apparently it wouldn’t hurt us to chew our food before we swallow it.
Produce ATP — This is worth noting because it came up yesterday too. ATP is the primary usable energy currency of our cells. Producing it depends on adequate fuel and support from fatty acids, amino acids, minerals, vitamins, fluids, enzymes, circulation, oxygen availability, and recovery.
And just a guess from what we’ve been seeing lately—fatty-acid balance may deserve a closer look.
Receptor Responsiveness — How effectively cells recognize and respond to signals from hormones, neurotransmitters, nutrients, and other chemical messengers.
Glycolysis — The first major metabolic pathway the body uses to break down glucose and begin converting it into usable energy.
Absorption — The process by which digested nutrients move from the digestive tract into the blood or lymph so they can be delivered throughout the body.
So today we’re working on both ends of the equation:
How well are we preparing and absorbing what comes in—and how well are our cells turning it into usable energy?
