When it comes to “rewiring the brain,” it probably isn’t necessary to write about all the possible ways this can happen.
With brain neuroplasticity, the possibilities are probably far greater than we realize.
But the top two that keep coming forward are:
GRATITUDE
and
PRAYER
…and the third runner-up may be:
FORGIVENESS
Because forgiveness is not just a spiritual concept.
Neuroscience research suggests that forgiveness can influence the amygdala’s threat response, reduce stress chemistry such as cortisol, and support cardiovascular health.
In other words, forgiveness is not just something we do for someone else.
It may also be something we do to help free ourselves.
And just so you know — I’ve been learning a lot of this by listening to Dr. Lee Warren, a board-certified neurosurgeon, author, Iraq War veteran, and speaker whose work explores the connection between neuroscience, faith, healing, and personal transformation.
I find what he has to say incredibly empowering.
If you feel like taking a break from True Crime videos for a while (😂), his work is worth exploring.
Some of the other rewiring themes he highlights:
SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS
FOCUS AND ATTENTION
HOPE
PEACE
GENEROSITY
PURPOSE
But something else Dr. Warren shared really caught my attention:
There are experiments exploring prayer and its relationship with the brain.
Participants are unaware of whether they are receiving prayer or not, while researchers observe, via scans, that there are noticeable changes in the brains of those being prayed for.
Being that the energetic work we do has been compared to energetic prayer, I was thrilled to learn more about this.
And on to today’s scan:
Today, along with our regular work, we requested, energetically, cocktails related to:
DEPRESSION
TECHNOLOGY
FEET
MOLD
But the point of all this:
The human mind has a creative power most people never touch.
Let’s touch it.
