Yesterday’s assassination of Charlie Kirk shook me to the core. I was filled with tremendous rage, with hate rising toward those who believe it is acceptable to kill anyone whose beliefs do not mirror their own—even their children.
Then came the MSNBC comment suggesting he “asked for it.” Yes, an apology followed—but it seemed more like public relations repair than genuine remorse. Add to that the TikTok videos of people singing and dancing in celebration of his death, and I felt HATE.
But here’s the truth: rage and hate only create chaos—on our streets, in our communities, and even within our very cells.
So, today let’s pivot. Unconditional love is being tested at a soul level. And when tested, we can either collapse into anger or rise into coherence. With that in mind, for the group today, here is the focus:
Command:
I now release the vibration of shock from every cell, meridian, and layer of my being. I call in Divine Light to stabilize, ground, and restore coherence. My nervous system is calm, my heart is steady, my spirit is safe. It is done.
Frequency: 528 Hz – Cellular repair, heart-centered restoration

Tomorrow we’ll begin a 7-Day Hippocrates Restoration Protocol. (Remember him? The “Father of Medicine”? Maybe a little of his wisdom is exactly what we need, since ours seems to be slipping away.)
We are in a moment where collective darkness tempts us to mirror it. But the greater power is not found in rage, revenge, or despair. The greater power is choosing love, coherence, and healing—even when it seems impossible.
Let us not lose our humanity while grieving what humanity has lost. Instead, let’s amplify the light that can never be extinguished—together.
