Day 3 of the Hippocrates Protocol
Quote: “Walking is man’s best medicine.”
Command: With each step I take, I walk in rhythm with the Earth. My body restores balance through movement and grounding.
Walking supports circulation, digestion, lymphatic flow, and even balances the nervous system. Yet perhaps most significantly, walking gives us the rare chance to step away from constant electronic stimulation and allow space for genuine reflection — to reconnect with what truly matters.
And here’s what that might be: we are all one, surrounded by unconditional love. When we live in that awareness, we are far more powerful than we’ve been led to believe. Could the greatest con — like a magician’s trick — be the illusion that we are separate from one another? Does that weaken us to the point that we then allow disease, famine, war…
Is it time to break the script?
Focus tomorrow: and yes, this one’s a bit wild — could part of this magician’s trick also involve what we’re eating and drinking?
And a short prayer, if so led
“God’s Light restores me now — I am whole, I am healed, I am Love.”
