Yesterday, the SRC just kept running.
Good thing, too, because much of my day was spent in Sarasota checking out some powerful updates on the SRC.
We’re going to have tongue analysis!
(Among other things.)
And then today I stumbled onto some fascinating information about sound therapy, so who knows — soon we may even consider doing some humming.
Meanwhile, today our session’s focus is, energetically, stress related to the autonomic nervous system and the heart.
And maybe that is exactly where the belief that healing must be hard begins to soften.
Because with frequency work, we may come to the realization that the intelligence throughout the Universe is working with us.
Maybe healing does not always have to be such a challenge, or so dramatic.
With that, here is the ending to our tale:
Chapter 7: The Door Back to the Kitchen
The next doorway opened quietly.
Tess looked at the angel.
“The other doors were dramatic.”
“This one is the most important,” said the angel.
Tess stepped through.
And there she was.
Back in her own kitchen.
But something had changed.
Her.
She sighed.
“So what now? Am I supposed to throw everything away? Start a farm? Learn to churn butter?”
“Tess, you do not have to fix the whole food system before dinner.”
Tess stared at the soup.
“That is good, because dinner is approaching.”
“You begin smaller,” said the angel. “You begin with the bowl in front of you.”
Tess picked up the spoon.
That looked like a place to begin.
One choice at a time.
Tess ladled soup into a bowl.
Then, because it seemed appropriate after everything that had happened, she blessed it.
And for a moment, Tess saw another angelic presence near the edge of the kitchen.
Lumiel.
Tess smiled.
Heaven, apparently, believed in follow-up calls.
And for the first time in a long time, food did not feel like a battlefield.
It felt like a relationship.
And that was enough for one bowl of soup.
