Today, along with our regular “de-stressing,” the focus is mitophagy.
Mitophagy is the process your cells use to identify, clean up, and recycle damaged or worn-out mitochondria — the tiny “power plants” that help produce energy for your cells.
So, something to think about — even though our work relates to subtle energy, should we now focus on our cells being damaged or dysfunctional?
After all, it’s obvious there is some stress. And if you do a little online research, you’ll see this is considered a big deal.
So should we talk about it, read about it, think about it, worry about it…
Or not?
Because this could be how we create our reality.
That being the case, let’s explore a few more thoughts — and we’re talking about the Law of Polarity here.
At the atomic level, we see polarity expressed through positive and negative charge.
The proton carries a positive charge.
The electron carries a negative charge.
And in many atoms, the neutron provides a neutral presence.
This doesn’t mean the proton is “good” and the electron is “bad.” That’s not the point.
The Law of Polarity simply shows us that everything contains contrast: light and dark, positive and negative, problem and possibility, wound and wisdom.
And apparently, we are supposed to give thanks for the dark side because it can be our teacher…
And then stop staring at it.
Get it?
That’s why chronic complaining can become the kiss of death to the reality we actually want to create.
Point being, the Law of Attraction operates through the Law of Polarity. In other words, what we focus on helps magnetize and polarize us toward that reality.
So today, do we focus on the rough time our mitochondria seem to be having?
Seriously — with all this crazy digital energy out there, and the toxic food system…
Or do we envision radiant energy as mitochondrial function is optimized?
By the way, this doesn’t mean that with every problem we say, “Oh good! I get to learn something new!”
It simply means we stop feeding the problem with endless attention and begin focusing on the field we want to live in.
This isn’t easy.
If it were, everyone would do it.
And clearly, that’s not happening.
But imagine if they did.
And… for starters… maybe we just start by doing it ourselves.
