Some are devastated, while others are openly celebrating — and some of those celebrations are even creating new stress, like people losing their jobs. (Somewhat ironic, considering how often people want to silence others’ free speech while fiercely protecting their own.)

There’s been a lot of misinformation circulating online. Here’s a simple summary of Kirk’s actual core message:
Charlie Kirk consistently focused on defending traditional American and Christian values, and warning against what he described as globalist and progressive threats to freedom. Much of what he said has been taken out of context by mainstream coverage — perhaps because truly understanding these concepts could lessen corporate influence over the collective.
I didn’t personally agree with everything he said — but that’s life. We don’t have to agree with someone fully to acknowledge their right to speak, or to recognize that stress around such events impacts us all.
The key takeaway: whatever the external noise may be, we each carry the innate power to heal and restore. Turning inward, clearing stress, and activating those natural forces is a timeless way forward.
