Many (most) of us were programmed early—family, school, religion, and culture. That code runs subconsciously and shows up as lack and struggle. If we were created to heal on every level, what rewrites non-beneficial programming? Imagination.
Neville Goddard’s Awakened Imagination (1954; audio on YouTube) flipped the switch for me: the outer world is a printout of your inner state. Change the inner state. How? By using imagination—prayer—suffused with gratitude, living in the end as if it’s already done.
As our energetic work continues, today’s focus is shouting (feeling unheard), inflammation, intense helplessness, and revenge—oh my! Can you imagine—image in—a different reality?
Of course you can. The ancients taught it; modern research on attention and neuroplasticity echoes it: you are a powerhouse.
Tonight, slip into SATS*—that drowsy, pre-sleep state—feel the wish fulfilled, whisper “thank you,” and let the printout catch up.
*(SATS = State Akin To Sleep—Neville’s term for the hypnagogic window when imagination imprints fastest.)
